Culture | KW Cares
Coordinate and assist in planning events and raising funds for our annual community charity Red Day, and social events for the associates throughout the year. Plan and execute raising funds for KW Cares International, KWPR Cares Emergency fund, assisting local associates in need, and acting as a guide throughout the grant process. |
Growth
Assist in the overall growth of the Market Center through planning, recruiting events, educating, encouraging agents to build their profit share, and identifying & attracting agents to the Market Center (New & Existing Agents). |
Education | Safety
Assist the leadership team in the development of the monthly training calendar. Selects and coordinates events and encourages participation of agents to improve the overall productivity of the associates in the Market Center. Assist in the promotion of training programs and other initiatives to implement safety standards and best practices for KWPR offices and for agents conducting business in the field. |

Technology
Assists in the evaluation and selection of technology in the Market Center, the implementation of technology training, and promote the initiatives of the ALC. |
Finance
Monitors and analyzes income and expenses to overall improve profitability, and informs the ALC and agents of the financial performance of the Market Center. |
